Through research and training in Mindfulness Meditation, Spirituality and studying psychology, I have discovered the importance of having deep inner awareness which promotes well-being in all spheres of life.

At Healing Meadows I hope to enlighten my clients on how to attain such self awareness and ultimately achieve profound peace, contentment and positivity in their lives. My aim is to provide you with a safe and positive environment where your emotional journey can become a life changing one! If you are dealing with a specific problem or issue, or want to discover who you really are, this may well be the place for you.

I believe that nothing is too ‘big’ or too ‘small’ to deal with. I believe it is important to feel listened to and understood. During your therapy sessions, I will be alongside you every step of the way, to weather any storms, as well as share in your growth to become the best version of yourself. I have been providing voluntary and now compensated support in my community for over 3 years, having access to professionals and latest knowledge of treatments means that you will get the most up to date advice.
